These terms apply to all purchases made on kametasfit.com, operated by Kameta’s, Katsuren Henna 1375, Uruma, Okinawa, Japan. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell fresh and frozen Brazilian food, prepared in Okinawa. Product photos are illustrative; as our food is handmade, small variations in appearance are normal. Frozen products must be kept frozen (−18 °C) after delivery or pickup and prepared according to the instructions on the packaging or product page.
2. Allergens
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy and meat products. If you have a food allergy, please check the product description and contact us before ordering.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Japanese Yen (¥).
- Payment can be made by credit/debit card (processed securely by Stripe) or, where offered at checkout, cash on delivery/pickup.
- Card payments are charged when the order is placed.
4. Orders
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We may contact you or cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of ingredient unavailability, an obvious pricing error, or delivery limitations to your area. Preparation and delivery/pickup timing is shown at checkout or confirmed with you directly.
5. Delivery and pickup
- Delivery areas, shipping fees and pickup options are shown at checkout.
- Frozen items are shipped with refrigerated transport. Please make sure someone can receive the package — frozen food left unrefrigerated deteriorates quickly.
- For pickup orders, please come at the agreed date/time (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because our products are perishable, returns are only accepted in the situations described in our Refund & Returns Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Japanese consumer law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over Okinawa Prefecture, Japan.
